Book Your Party with Cool River!

- Our indoor party room and patio are both available to reserve. Both require a $50 deposit in order to hold the space. Your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours of your party, and or is not refundable if your party does not show. 

- We book our parties for 3 hours at a time, if you believe that your group will need longer please let us know so we can try to accomodate.

- Parties are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend reserving your party as far in advance as possible to ensure you get your desired date. The months of May and November are our busiest months for parties, which we recommend booking at least 3 months prior.

On this page you will find directions for all those attending on how to pre-order your food for your party. This is required in order to assure that your group all eats together, cuts wait times and that we can be prepared for our regular diners as well.

- Please note that while we do allow decorations to be put up, we do not allow confetti or anything similar, and we do ask that you please take down any decorations that you put up once your party is over.

- You are welcome to bring cake or cupcakes, or small snacks like a veggie tray.
