Cross Roads Pizza & Pub — We would love to host your next event!!!

 Whether you are planning a birthday bash, team celebration, corporate gathering, or live music night, our space is designed for bringing people together. With great food, craft beer, amazing wine, and a warm, family friendly atmosphere, we make hosting effortless and unforgettable. From casual get togethers to fully customized private events, this is where memories are made. 


 We offer flexible options for group gatherings, from general reservations to reserving a private or semi private space, based on your needs and availability. 


 General reservations allow your group to be seated together but do not guarantee a specific room or area. To reserve a designated space, such as the Party Room, Bar Area, or Main Dining Room, a $50 refundable deposit per area is required to hold the reservation. 


 Additionally, for groups of 50 or more guests, there will either be a $50 flat room rental fee for each area utilized for single check events or a 5% room rental fee charged to each participant's check.  This nominal fee allows us to avoid placing mandatory gratuities or minimum food and beverage requirements, while providing a reserved space, advanced setup, appropriate staffing focused on your event, and post event cleanup. 


Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of cakes, cupcakes, and ice cream. Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time and may be released if the group has not arrived. All reservations are subject to availability and may have time limits based on demand.

Our Event Area Spaces


PARTY ROOM

  • Fully private space
  • Comfortably accommodates 48 to 60 guests 
  • Includes a dedicated restroom 
  • Reserved exclusively for your group

 

MAIN DINING ROOM

  • Semi private seating within the main restaurant 
  • Comfortably accommodates 62 to 74 guests, not including the patio
  • Patio access may be added based on availability
     

BAR AREA

  • Semi private space 
  • Comfortably accommodates 30 to 40 guests
  • Best suited for casual and social events


A general reservation allows us to seat your group together in the restaurant but does not guarantee a specific room or section. Seating is based on availability when you arrive and cannot exceed 20 people.  If you need more than 20 people please consider an area reservation.


An area reservation guarantees exclusive or dedicated use of a specific space, such as the party room, main dining area, or bar area, and follows our area reservation process, including deposits and applicable fees.


No. We do not require a minimum food or beverage spend for any reservation. 


No. We do not add mandatory or automatic gratuities. Guests are welcome to tip as they like, based on the service they receive. 


 Each reserved area requires a $50 refundable deposit to hold the space.

  • The deposit is fully refunded when your group arrives as scheduled
  • The deposit is used only to prevent no shows 
  • Deposits are charged per reserved area, not per event


For each area reservation that has 50 people or more, the organizer selects one pricing method that applies to all reserved areas.


Option 1. Single Check

  • $50 flat rental fee per reserved area
  • One check for the entire group
  • No additional charges on individual guest checks
     

Option 2. Multiple Checks

  • No flat rental fee
  • A 5 percent group reservation usage charge is added to each guest check
  • Guests pay individually


For groups of 50 guests or more, we apply a room rental fee for each area utilized either as $50 for each area as a single flat charge or as a small percentage of 5% applied to individual checks, depending on how the group chooses to pay. This fee allows us to appropriately staff your event and provide a high level of service before, during, and after your gathering, including advance setup, attentive service throughout the event, and post event cleanup.


Our goal is for you and your guests to focus on celebrating, while our team remains fully dedicated to your event. These fees also help us maintain reasonable menu pricing for all guests, rather than increasing food and beverage costs across the board.


This fee replaces set gratuities or minimum food and beverage requirements that many venues impose, giving you more flexibility and clear, upfront pricing. 


Pricing is based on how many areas you reserve and which pricing option you choose. One pricing option is selected per reservation and applies to all reserved areas.

Examples:

Reserving one area

  • $50 refundable deposit 
  • Choose either for parties of 50 or more: 
    • $50 flat rental fee, or 
    • 5 percent usage charge on guest checks
       

Reserving two areas (for example, party room and bar)

  • $100 refundable deposit 
  • Choose either for parties of 50 or more: 
    • $100 total flat rental fee ($50 per area), or 
    • 5 percent usage charge applied to guest checks
       

Reserving the entire restaurant

  • $150 refundable deposit 
  • Choose either for parties of 50 or more: 
    • $150 total flat rental fee ($50 per area), or 
    • 5 percent usage charge applied to guest checks throughout the restaurant


No. Reservation fees and usage charges are not gratuities and are not distributed as tips.  Guests are always welcome to tip their server based on the service they receive. 


Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the following exceptions:

  • Guests may bring a cake, cupcakes, and ice cream 
  • We can store cakes in our walk-in cooler and ice cream in our freezer until you are ready to serve them 

All other food and beverages must be purchased through the restaurant.

At no point can outside alcohol be consumed on the premises.  This inclucdes beer, wine, and hard liquour.


Group reservations may have time limits based on availability, day, and space reserved. Our team will confirm details when booking. 


All reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.  If your party has not arrived within that window, the reservation may be released. Please call if you are running late.
